The Challenge

Karachi’s favorite Chinese #comfortfood brand, Funky Monky, came to us, with a die-hard loyal customer base, a regular inflow of UGC, and micro-influencers who loved promoting the brand. Their challenge was figuring out what to take on next.  

The Approach

We took everything they were doing right and scaled it. Aggressively! UGC and Influencer content was amplified through digital ads, focused on reaching new audiences. Offers were designed to attract new consumer segments. All of this increased traffic was converted seamlessly through an upgraded and optimized customer experience, across digital touchpoints.
